MP Juliet Achayo with some of the Boda Boda Riders
Voters across Ngora County have overwhelmingly praised their Member of Parliament, Hon. Juliet Achayo Lodou, for her exemplary and transformative leadership that has visibly uplifted lives through education, healthcare, infrastructure, and economic empowerment.
Fondly referred to as “Einer ka Aswam” meaning “a woman of promise and delivery” Hon. Achayo has remained steadfast in delivering on her 2021 NRM manifesto, translating campaign pledges into tangible projects that are reshaping the socio-economic landscape of Ngora.

Over the years, Hon. Achayo has extended her support to schools, health centers, churches, mosques, and SACCO groups across all six sub-counties of Ngora County.

Her strong emphasis on education is evident through projects such as the construction of classroom blocks at Kadok Community Primary School, Atukubui Nursery and Primary School, and Atoot Community Secondary School, where she is currently funding a four-classroom block and a headteacher’s office.
At Atoot Community Secondary School, Headteacher Imenu Emmanuel commended the legislator for her consistent dedication to improving education.

“Since the start of her leadership, Hon. Achayo has supported us in every possible way from constructing classrooms to donating curriculum books, paying staff allowances, and even providing sports materials and food for students,” Imenu said.
“She also sponsors nine students from different parishes and gives the school UGX 1 million every term to support non-teaching staff. We truly appreciate her efforts.”
Similarly, at Atukubui Nursery and Primary School, Headteacher David Omagor applauded her for building two new classrooms and supporting co-curricular programs.
“We are thankful for her help,” Omagor said. “However, the school still needs more classrooms, staff accommodation, and sanitation facilities. We call for continued partnership with the government and well-wishers.”
At Kadok Community Primary School, PTA Chairperson Inyalio Martin described the MP as “a God-sent leader” whose intervention transformed their previously grass-thatched school into a modern learning environment.
“She helped us build two classrooms, pay teachers, and bring in government-supported staff. We shall vote for her again come rain or sunshine,” Martin declared.
Faith leaders across Ngora have also lauded Hon. Achayo for her generosity and spiritual commitment.
Asere Teddy, Vice Chairperson of St. Beremeo Catholic Parish in Kobwin, testified that the MP’s contribution enabled the completion of their long-stalled church project.
“We had stopped construction at beam level due to lack of funds, but Hon. Achayo helped us finish it. Whatever she gets from Parliament, she shares with the community,” Asere said.
Beyond education and religion, Hon. Achayo has extended her influence to women and youth SACCOs, providing financial support and empowering families through business startups, student sponsorships, and health assistance.
Her development agenda is guided by principles of transparency, accountability, and inclusive growth.
Her Personal Assistant, Okurut Sulah, noted that the community’s overwhelming support for Hon. Achayo has left political rivals “unsettled and without strategy.”
“Since her election, she has ensured that every sub-county benefits. She is accessible, compassionate, and focused on real change. We expect a landslide victory in the next election,” Sulah predicted.
Residents across Ngora County continue to rally behind Hon. Achayo’s leadership, confident that her developmental record speaks for itself.
From education and health to community empowerment and infrastructure, her legacy of service is inspiring unity and renewed hope.
“Everywhere you go, people are pledging their votes for her. Even former rivals are returning to her side because of her results-driven leadership,” Sulah added.
