Police in Soroti have intensified their investigation into the tragic and mysterious death of Apio Joan, a five-year-old Primary One pupil at Jozan Nursery and Primary School, whose body was discovered in a pit latrine on February 5, 2025.
According to East Kyoga Regional Police Commander Damali Nachuha, as being quoted by NTV Uganda, the ongoing probe has led to the recovery of key evidence from the school latrine, which investigators believe may have been used in the murder.
