Her Royal Majesty, Toto Akaliat Juliet Among Emolot Atomeileng, has urged the Iteso community to actively involve young children in cultural dances to ensure the preservation and continuity of their heritage.
Speaking at the gathering in kapelebyon, she emphasized the importance of passing down traditional practices to the younger generation.

She encouraged cultural dance groups to include children in their performances, allowing them to learn, appreciate, and carry forward the rich Iteso traditions.

Beyond cultural preservation, Toto Akaliat also called on women to be strong role models for their children.
She advised mothers to demonstrate respect toward their husbands, as young girls often learn by example and will carry these values into their future marriages.

Additionally, she urged mothers to teach their children good behavior and instill respect for elders, which she believes is essential for maintaining harmony in society.
She further encouraged women to develop a mindset of self reliance and financial independence.
Instead of relying solely on men to provide for the family, she urged women to explore small business opportunities that could generate income and contribute to household needs.
According to her, financial empowerment among women strengthens families and reduces dependency.
