The solemn ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, 5th July 2025, as confirmed in a letter dated May 30th, 2025, from the Archbishop of Tororo, Most Rev. Emmanuel Obbo, AJ.

In his communication addressed to priests, religious, and lay faithful across the Archdiocese, Archbishop Obbo stated that preparations for the ordinations have officially commenced.

He further directed all Parish Priests to proclaim the Ordination Banns of the listed candidates for at least three consecutive weeks and to submit written reports to the Archbishop’s office by Monday, 23rd June 2025.

This requirement is intended to ensure the community’s involvement in the final stages of formation for their future priests and deacons.
